Dampiera is a clumping semi ground cover perennial with violet blue flowers that are produced over a long period from Spring to Autumn.
It is an ideal cover for dry slopes and rockeries, as a gap filler, or it can also be used in pots.
It is suited to full sun but will tolerate dappled shade .
Is frost and drought tolerant once established.
Will grow 30-50cm wide and 60cm – 1m high.
Prune lightly at the start of spring and give an application of native slow release fertiliser.
