It is well-suited for various areas within Australia, including southern Queensland to Tasmania and parts of Perth and Adelaide. This plant is ideal for dry slopes, rockeries, and as a gap filler in your garden.

Temperature

This hardy plant can tolerate light frost and grows best in sub-tropical to cool temperate climates. It prefers mild temperatures and does not do well in hot, tropical climates.

Humidity

Dampiera "Glasshouse Glory" prefers environments with low to moderate humidity. It is important to ensure the soil is well-drained to avoid waterlogging, which can be detrimental to the plant's health.

Soil Type

This plant thrives in well-drained, sandy, or sandy loam soils. It requires soil that can drain well to prevent root rot. Regular pruning after flowering will help maintain its shape and encourage new growth. Applying a native slow-release fertilizer at the start of spring can also benefit its growth.
