Plant Growing Tips

Where to Grow

Grevillea "Royal Mantle" thrives in a variety of locations but prefers full sun to partial shade. It's excellent for erosion control and is ideal for planting on slopes and banks. This plant is well-suited for use as a ground cover under larger shrubs and trees due to its dense, fast-spreading nature.

This Grevillea is highly adaptable to different climates across Australia. It can tolerate temperatures as low as -6°C, making it frost-hardy. It performs well in regions that experience light to medium frosts.

Grevillea "Royal Mantle" does not fare well in high humidity environments. It is best grown in areas with good air circulation to avoid excessive moisture around the foliage.

Soil Type

This plant prefers well-drained soils, including clay loams or sandy soils with a neutral to acidic pH. It is tolerant of saline and coastal conditions, making it a versatile choice for various garden settings. Ensure the soil is well-drained to promote healthy growth and prevent root rot.
